Hi, I am Monique Princen.

I have been working in the communication and IT industry for over 25 years now. In the past 10 years I have been involved in the implementation of communication products and solutions for professional, government and military users.

The introduction of IP based communications is presenting an opportunity for the mobile communications market that is unprecedented and it has the potential to transform the businesses and industry.

While many companies deliver the new technologies, I have found very few that can understand the full potential of IP communications and at the same time acknowledge the technical risks and challenges of integrating critical communications in a corporate IT environment.

I have setup Tenaz as I am passionate about providing a solution to you as my customer that is focussed on your needs and your organisation. I understand the capabilities of the various technologies, know most of the players in the market and am challenged by applying these in such a way that it offers maximum benefits for you.

When I manage a project for the implementation of a solution system, I continue to be focused on a successful outcome and it is my drive and tenacity that ensure that even if roadblocks are hit, I find a way around to achieve  a successful outcome. When necessary I work in partnership with companies and individuals that are experts in their fields.

My experience

I have been engaged in the introduction of new technologies for wireless communication and have been actively involved in the development of a range of P25 and DMR (Digital Mobile Radio) products. I have been the Marketing Chair of the DMR Association and worked with all the manufacturers who implement DMR products.

I have worked with electrical utilities all over the world and defined voice and data solutions for them that provided resilient workforce communications as well as telemetry and SCADA solutions.

Recently I have also worked with local councils, ports and airports to improve their communication systems.
